So Peter calls for a tournament for all the knights to show off their skills, but Tony doesn't want to compete because he doesn't want Peter saving him because he's a grown man and he can handle the comments for Peter's sake
But it's affecting Peter so much that he doesn't call Tony to sit on the throne with anymore and he has a permanent frown on his face, so Tony agrees to compete and he's winning in nearly every contest and then the rumor starts that it's rigged to favor the Prince's pet
So Tony fakes an injury and retires from the tournament only to return under a fake name, refusing to take off his helmet so no one knows who he is and he wins every contest only to realize that if anything his previous matches were more brutal because everyone was determined to make a fool of him
And Tony wins the tournament and he takes off his helmet to see a bewildered and euphoric Peter come running across the grounds to meet him and they kiss in front of nearly everyone in their little kingdom
And in a sense it was all for nothing because the rumors never stop, but the both of them carry on with such confidence that the rumors are weak and slimey at best, leaving the royal court to find something new to chatter about
