Any random pony could honestly, let alone the literal goddess of the sun that is Celestia
Lol, I don't know, ok Celestia definitely will and maybe Luna, but Muzan is able to withstand literally anything except sunlight. Though Discord might be able to take him down a peg or two lol 😂
Genuinely average ponies largely out stat muzan just on their own, unicorns have spell castimg, pegasi have flight and importantly here weather manipulation, and earth ponies have sheer physical capacity as that's what their magic does, hence big mac dragging a house and a earth pony filly casually lifting the entire school
I mean, perhaps, but I don't think they'd actually be able to end him unless they can master sun breathing or change the day/night cycle at will. Even then that is very powerful magic, I think before Celestia and Luna, it took multiple unicorns each day to raise the sun and they'd be extremely drained from it afterwards.
I'd love to see Muzan learn a friendship lesson from Twilight Sparkle, that would be entertaining 😂
