Here's where I post my artwork and discuss my Hetalia ocs! Strongly APH Argentina focused, 100% canon-divergent. Commission info and links on pinned.

Hello! I'm Dolce. Born in 1997. Argentinian.

Drawing is my hobby, my passion and sometimes, my side-hustle. I open commission slots occasionally, please check my carrd for updated prices and ToS, and follow me on Twitter for updates on my commission queue.

Here you will find all of my artwork, as well as discussion of my ocs and headcanons, in Spanish and English. My main and only fandom is Hetalia, although I no longer consider myself an active participant. My content is strongly canon-divergent and this includes the revamping and replacing of canon characters, either made by me or close friends I collaborate with, in private.

Despite my artwork generally leaning towards cute and light-hearted topics, I don't shy away from dark and problematic historical content that may upset some people. I also tend to focus on romance, shipping and relationships a lot. Almost everything I make is canon x oc or oc x oc!

📬My askbox is always open!

Part one of the outfit sheets I'm doing for my comic! I just absolutely love studying and drawing clothing from past eras ♥ more to come!

part three and one of my favourites <3 stay tuned for the last two parts!

Part Four: The War.

I believe nation people can take on multiple roles within the same conflict. While they often have tendencies or preferences for one sector over another, they ultimately decide where to position themselves based on what suits them best.

For much of the War for Malvinas, Arthur commanded the Royal Navy fleet (#7), while Agustina served as a fighter pilot (#7) (she faced countless objections for being a woman, but was ultimately “allowed” to serve in the Air Force because you can’t deny the Motherland her right to fight). Despite her decades of experience as a pilot, this was her first foreign enemy.

In the final stages of the conflict, following the British troops’ landing on Malvinas, Arthur joined the Parachute Regiment (#8) to engage in ground combat. Meanwhile, Tina suffered a serious accident with her plane, and she went MIA for a few days in mid-June. However, her tenacity drove her to recover and she joined the Army troops (#8) defending the last Argentine positions on the islands. It was also a struggle for her to be allowed there, but by then it was too late to forbid her presence. Although she had promised only to assist in treating the wounded during combat, adrenaline got the better of her, and she ended up fighting alongside them. She was present at the Battle of Mount Longdon and, days later, made her final stand at Wireless Ridge, where she once again came to face Arthur, who was with the 2 PARA Regiment.

Final Part — Modern and not so modern Tinas.

The 1980s were a time of sharp contrasts for Argentina. With democracy returning at the end of 1983, Agustina felt the liberation that came with the "democratic spring." After nearly a decade of repression—where she had to constantly watch what she did, said, and even how she looked—the '80s saw Tina dive into a life of excess, using it to bury her unresolved traumas. While she had always enjoyed drinking, by the mid-80s, she was drinking heavily and even experimenting with drugs, though that never turned into a full-blown addiction.

By the late '80s, she started to tone things down, but there’s no denying it was a dark period in her life—a lingering, painful hangover from the turmoil the 1970s left in her.

Nowadays, Agustina is still lost. She stumbled into the 21st century with the 2001 crisis, slowly rebuilding her (modest) self-confidence over the years. But the 2020s knocked her completely off balance, from the pandemic onwards, and she’s been drifting ever since, unsure of her place in the world, just taking things day by day.

As Juan Gabriel Tokatlian put it: "An Argentina materially frail, militarily vulnerable, and with no diplomatic compass."

Tina can’t seem to figure herself out or find her footing. She’s resigned to handling things as they come (she just wings everything) and finding comfort in the things that make her happy.

(amé el dibujo btw Tina con trenzas for the win)
