Today is Eid al-Fitr in Gaza and for all Muslims, but unfortunately there is no form of Eid here in Gaza... In previous holidays before the war began, the holidays were very joyful, people wore new clothes and the children were People visit each other... but unfortunately this Eid is completely different. We hear the sound of explosions and missiles constantly, and there are no sweets of any kind for the Eid. The Israeli occupation continues its plan to empty northern Gaza of its residents, forcibly displacing thousands. At the same time, American forces that had been inspecting vehicles returning from the south have withdrawn, leaving behind a besieged people facing an uncertain fate. Famine has returned, devouring lives, and hunger is ravaging exhausted bodies, while the situation in the devastated Gaza Strip grows darker by the day.
