What was it like when you had first proposed to her? Like, where did you propose to her?
I was very terrible in planning things at that time of my life. There's this river that goes through my town a d a couple of parks connected to that river.
The wife and I always loved going on hikes together and being out in nature, so on our dating anniversary, we went to that river and enjoyed looking at the wildlife there. We made our way into the middle of the river. While she was looking at some ducks, that's why I kneeled and proposed.
It was a great moment for the two of us.
My parents knew what was going to happen. Upon returning to my parents, they were happy to see the ring.
How did you and your wife first meet?
Well, apparently, we first met in my old church back when I was in 1st grade or kindergarten.
But I have no memories of that, so our first official time meeting was at high school. In the cafeteria during breakfast (they served breakfast before school started). She was at the table my friends gathered at, hanging out with one of my friends.
Throughout that time, I learned that one of my friends couldn't go to the youth group lock-in that my church was hosting. And a voice (God's voice) told me to invite her (my wife). Without any knowledge of her, I did. And she came to the lock-in.
Then after that, our relationship grew to where we're at now.

Feeling good so far, despite the lack of sleep.
It's been a challenging week with having a new baby in the house (which makes two kids under the age of 2). Adjusting to new changes in life and such.
This time around has been better on the transition than with my son. I think it's because of the experience my wife and I had gained.
