Eid Under Bombing... Even Children's Toys Weren't Spared!

Today, while children were holding their toys, trying to cling to a rare moment of joy, airstrikes targeted them mercilessly. Simple moments of childhood turned into scenes of pain and destruction. How can Eid be a happy day in the midst of this horror?

We are living through days that are supposed to be filled with joy, but all we have is fear, hunger, and displacement. No shelter, no food, no safety. Even the innocence of children could not protect them.

In these blessed days, you can make a difference. Your donation could be a lifeline for a family that has lost everything, for a child who no longer even has a small toy.

Gaza Under Fire… A Holiday Without Joy

Eid? What Eid are you talking about?!

Here in Gaza, Eid arrives on the wings of missiles, soaked in children's blood, suffocating under the rubble of destroyed homes. No sound of prayers, only the roar of explosions. No laughter, only the cries of loss and betrayal.

Tonight, the children of Gaza sleep on the cold ground—no bed, no roof, no hope. Mothers stare into the emptiness, wondering: Will we survive until the morning of Eid?

As you read this, someone is trapped under the rubble, waiting for death. Someone has lost their family, their home, their dreams… and I am one of them. My family and I were displaced after our home was destroyed. We have nothing left but a few clothes and memories that refuse to die under the bombs.

But I am here, writing, asking for your voice above all else. You are more powerful than you think. One word, one share, one action—could reach someone who can help.

🔴 Help spread this message. Donate, share, do something—just don’t stay silent.

Hello, my name is Hani, I am 26 years old, from Gaza.

I studied social work at university, but due to the lack of job opportunities, I had to work as a taxi driver to meet my needs and those of my family. I never imagined that my life would change in such a tragic way, but everything collapsed when the war on Gaza began in October of the previous year.

Our house was in a remote area near the border, one of the most targeted areas by the occupiers. In an instant, we found ourselves facing the worst nightmare anyone could experience: war, bombing, the destruction of homes, and the massacres committed by the occupiers against our people, including children, the elderly, and women. Death threatened us at every moment, and we were forced to make the hardest decisions.

Since the war began, we decided to leave everything behind, starting with our home, which was completely destroyed, to our previous lives. We began our first displacement journey in an attempt to escape death. We left our area in the first hour of the invasion, and the roads were nearly empty of cars, as moving vehicles were targeted by the occupiers. Our situation was catastrophic, as the roads were filled with destruction, and fuel was unavailable, so we had to walk on foot.

We, my family and I, set off on a long and arduous journey, not knowing when it would end. With us were my parents: my father Yasser (55 years old), and my mother Manal (50 years old), who suffers from chronic illnesses such as diabetes and high blood pressure, my sister Ameena (29 years old), who carries her children Nasser (7 years old), Bara'a (5 years old), and Adam (3 years old). I was also with my brother Ibrahim (15 years old), who was in desperate need of protection and guidance.

The occupiers had imposed harsh conditions on the paths we took to reach the south, where we were prohibited from carrying anything with us and subjected to thorough searches. The first checkpoint we passed was 6,000 meters away from where we were, and after the checkpoints, there was no transportation available, even animals were prohibited. Only a horse-drawn cart was the only means of transportation we could find.

After a long and exhausting journey on foot, we endured the hardships: the children were exhausted, and my elderly parents and sick mother were in desperate need of help. We finally reached the checkpoint, where there were hundreds of people waiting their turn to enter the area that the occupiers claimed was safe. It took us 8 hours before our turn came, and after being checked and verified, we were allowed to pass. We then walked another 3 kilometers before we reached a bus that transported us to Deir al-Balah, where we stayed in a school converted into a shelter for displaced people.

The school was crowded with displaced people, more than 10,000 people crammed into the space. There was no room in the classrooms, so we had to live in the schoolyard under the walls of the fence. We were provided with a simple tent made of cloth and wood thanks to help from some volunteers, but this didn't last long. After a month, we were told we would have to leave the place.

We moved again, this time to the Rafah area, where some organizations provided us with tents to stay in, but over time, we had to leave that area as well. We moved to the Zawayda area in the center, where my family still lives in a school that was under construction. Here we are now, living in tragic conditions, sharing classrooms with five other families. We are 7 members in the same space, facing the daily challenges of life inside this school.

But the story doesn’t end here, as every day is a new battle. We face difficulty in obtaining food, water, and healthcare, especially with my sick mother and my father who needs care. The situation has become more complicated as time passes, and the needs are urgent. With every difficulty we face, the hope that you might help us rebuild our lives after this tragedy is what keeps our hearts intact.

We are in urgent need of your support. Your donations, no matter how small, will significantly improve our lives. They will enable us to provide food, healthcare, shelter, and help us rebuild our lives after this catastrophe. With every donation, you are giving hope to a family living in darkness, and you become a part of our story of resilience and survival.

I appeal to you to stand with us in this struggle. Please click on the link to support our campaign. Together, we can change our reality and bring hope to our children and families.

Thank you for your concern.

Every donation makes a real difference! ❤

Donations are not just numbers; they are lives being rebuilt and hope being restored. The war has destroyed everything—our home, our work, and our sense of security. Now, this campaign is our only means of survival.

When you donate, you are helping me provide food for my family, medicine for my sick mother, and a chance for my younger siblings to live with dignity. Every euro brings us closer to overcoming this hardship and reaching safety.

We have now reached €7,450, and we only need €550 more to reach €8,000. Any contribution, no matter how small, has a huge impact. And if you can’t donate, sharing the campaign can help it reach someone who can.

"Questions That Cannot Endure Silence..."

How can you close your eyes when a child searches through the rubble for their parents?

How do you go about your day as usual while our days are filled with bombings, hunger, and fear?

How do you eat and drink freely when we are besieged without food, water, or medicine?

How do you celebrate life when innocent lives are being snuffed out beneath the ruins of their homes?

How do you feel safe when we don’t even know if we’ll see tomorrow?

How do you remain silent when the crossings are closed, cutting off even the lifeblood of aid?

How do you justify when the occupiers commit massacres before the eyes of the world without being held accountable?

How can you read these words and then continue on without moving to save those who remain?

Do not let these questions pass by unnoticed… Do something now.

📢 Share these questions: Let the consciences of the world awaken before it’s too late.

Don't stop at being moved… Be the change. Contribute now to save lives: [ donation link ]

In a world where pleas are ignored and the lights of hope are dimmed, our call lies within these lines; let the voice of your heart break the silence and transform your emotions into life-affirming action. Think of the children who have never had a chance to smile and the women who endure despite the harshness of each day. Every beat of your heart in response to the call of humanity increases the chances of turning pain into a glimmer of light. Let your sense of responsibility shine through a small act of support that could be the key to a new beginning; for true action doesn’t need a loud announcement—it only needs to be a light that illuminates the darkness of this reality.

Gaza Under Attack Again: Why Has the War Returned?

Tumblr literally wont do shit or make new tumblr updates to try deal with the pornbots or nazis but nah we'll make two seperate updates specifically targeting Palestinians trying to escape a genocide

"What’s happening on Tumblr and other platforms raises questions about real priorities, where pressing humanitarian issues are ignored, and the focus is shifted to trivial matters. At a time when Palestinians are trying to survive a massive tragedy, decisions are being made to target content that expresses their suffering instead of supporting it.

I’m gonna be honest I cried happy tears when I heard about the ceasefire agreement. Finally the border may open and our friends in gaza can get the humanitarian aid they’ve been denied by the occupation since 2023, and I’m so so happy to hear it. But please don’t forget to help them now. Treat this as an opportunity to support them even more now that there’s finally more hope. Please make sure they have the funds they need for food, medication and evacuation now that they can finally access it 🙏🏼🇵🇸❤️ This is an opportunity, now we need to do everything we can to help!

My friend Hani is 26 years old and has a degree in social work. He chose that education so he can give back to his community and help those in need because he has a kind heart and even when he is suffering so much he always takes the time to be kind and helpful to others. I hope the world will return that kindness to him, and help him now that he needs it as well.

Please share and donate to his campaign, it’s supporting multiple family members including his mother who has chronic health issues like diabetes, and funds will give them the hope for proper health treatment and to rebuild the life that was changed by the genocide. You can follow hani at @haniyasser1999 and show him your support and compassion

I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for this wonderful post. What you wrote is not just words, but a reflection of true awareness and sharp vision. In a world full of challenges, voices like yours come as a beacon, lighting the way for others. This kind of thinking and awareness is exactly what the world needs, and you are making a tangible contribution to changing its face for the better. Thank you for all that you offer, and I hope your giving continues without limits. ❤🌺❤🌺❤

for over a year i've been seeing palestinians campaigning for funds for their survival across social media. i see Palestinians in tumblr notes, twitter replies, youtube comment sections, tiktoks, instagram, etc. there's no social media i regularly use where i haven't seen multiple posts a day from Palestinians asking for help and to be heard. of course, i share and donate what i can. but what gets me is that if I am seeing posts every day then so are the millionaires and billionaires and politicians with the power to end their suffering...and they don't!!!!!

it makes me sick. according to forbes there are over 2700 billionaires in the world with a combined wealth of trillions. it would take less than even 1% of that to fill the gofundmes of Palestinians trying to rebuild their lives. yet the majority of money in these gofundmes is from ordinary folks scrounging spare change. its heartening in a way to watch so many with relatively little pool our resources to help others. but it also makes me so angry because i know there are people with more money than anyone in history seeing the same faces and gofundmes and are doing nothing.

so i'd really appreciate it if you could all help me spotllght Hani Alanqar's campaign. Hani is @haniyassersposts, is only 26, and currently sheltering in a school in Gaxa with his young siblings. He needs 25k to escape the genocide with his sick mother and father and has so far only raised 5k. His campaign is vetted #5 here. let's keep doing what we can to help until Palestine is free.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and for writing this post. Your words mean so much to me, bringing a ray of hope during these difficult times. I deeply appreciate your kindness."

"Every donation, no matter how small, makes a big difference. Your support restores hope for those who have lost everything and helps rebuild lives for families in need. Thank you to everyone standing with us."

If you are, I hope you continue to do so, and if you aren't, I hope you start doing it. We cannot forget about Palestinians and their suffering, but most importantly, their resistance. @haniyassersposts is one of many Palestinians currently suffering the genocide in Gaza, and he and his family need our attention and support

Hani and his family were displaced from their home due to the bombings. They barely have access to clean drinking water, and they don't have proper protection against the cold. Many of his family members also need constant support, such as his older parents and his sibling with health issues. Until recently, they had to sleep in a tent that would constantly get flooded. They suffer a lot, but they hold on to hopes of leaving to a safe place and living a normal, stable life again

Which is why Hani started a campaign on august, raising funds to evacuate his family out of Gaza and secure them with basic needs. Funds raised here will be used both for daily basic necessities and their evacuation. However, this campaign is moving very slowly, now only sitting at €6,003/€25,000. Please, I encourage you to share this campaign, and donate to it if you are able to. Hani is a very kind man, and all he wants is for his family to live a stable, safe life again, and to not be forgotten. So please help in any way you can: share, donate, and most importantly, do not forget about him, his family or any other Palestinians. Keep up with the situation, and keep talking about it

Hani's campaign has been verified by gazavetters (line 5 on their spreadsheet) and shared by el-shab-hussein and 90-ghost

Thank you so much for your support and for standing by me. What you’ve done means so much to me and my family, helping us face these difficult circumstances. Your words weren’t just letters; they were a ray of hope in the midst of darkness.

Your donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference in my family’s life. You are the hope that rebuilds what the war has destroyed and the helping hand that eases suffering. Contribute, even a little—because a little becomes a lot with compassionate hearts.

Thank you for your concern.

I am making this post because for the last couple days, I have been speaking to a young man from Gaza named Hani, and I want to help draw attention to his campaign. He is only 26, and before the attacks from Israel began he used to work in social services in the Gaza strip, but now much of his time is devoted to trying to keep his remaining loved ones alive in the midst of the destruction and loss caused by Israel's ongoing genocide of Palestinians. The goal of this campaign is to help provide aid for him and his nine family members. He must provide for his younger siblings (all aged from 3 to 7 years), as well as his mother, who is chronically ill and can not even stand on her own, and his father, who has become a broken shell of his former self from the horrors of everyday life in the midst of devastation. He has expressed to me that it feels as if the world is ignoring the struggles of his family, and he often feels like the world is forgetting about them. Please share this family's story, and show them that you care about their suffering. Even just sharing this post as well as their other campaign posts will give them hope and show them that not all of the world is watching in silence, that there are people out there who care and are willing to lend a helping hand. But it is very important to donate as well if you have the funds. Even just 5 or 10 dollars is a step towards helping them escape the genocide in Gaza. Currently Hani's family is living in small room in a converted school with a few other families. It is hard to get food, and Hani needs access to medical care for his mother and his father, who is sick. So far there campaign has only received 5k out of the 25k they need to escape Gaza, so it's very important that you share and donate to this campaign and show them some support. The campaign has been verified by 90-ghost and Shab Hussein, and it is number 5 on the Gazavetters list.

Please share this post and donate to this campaign if you can. Hani and his family are counting on help from people like you. Don't let them suffer in silence. Raise your voices and give them hope!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your great support and for sharing my story.

Your words have been a source of hope for us during this difficult time.

We encourage everyone to join us and help in any way possible. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a big difference. 💖💖

Save Hani's family!!!

Hani Alanqar @haniyaseer03 lives with his family in Gaza. They once lived a peace and happy life before the war began. However their home, once a place of security and joyful memories, has now been reduced to rubble. The Alanqar family was forced to flee for their lives, traveling 15 kilometers to the south of Gaza to escape bombing and death. Since then, their lives have been eclipsed by suffering and fear.

Like everyone in Gaza, Hani and his family have been suffering from the lack of food, medical care, and other basic necessities available. Hani's father is sick, and his mother requires constant medical care, which is extremely hard to get in Gaza right now. His younger siblings have been lacking the food they need, putting their health and growth at risk. The whole Alanqar family has not had any safe or comfortable shelter for a long time.

€3,143 / €25,000

Hani's final goal of €25,000 is not very high when compared to the costs of being trapped in Gaza, and the immensity of living under a genocide. However, despite having a very achievable goal, donations have been few and far between. Currently, he is at less than 12% of his goal!

This is not enough for Hani to buy the vital medical care and food his family need to survive. Hani has worked so hard and so diligently to keep his beloved family alive. Please, don't let his effort and love be in vain. Help them live. You can make a difference. Through your action, you can help them survive, and live happy lives once again someday.

Hani and his family rely on your help for their survival! They urgently need money to buy food and medical care, please don't let them down! They can't afford for their campaign to slow down like this. Please share and donate, support them however you can!

In Norway we celebrate christmas eve more than christmas day, so today is christmas for me. I’m writing this before our christmas dinner. I want to say it has been a good but tough year, and today I’m thinking of my friends in Gaza. It has been an honor and a gift to be allowed to help and be in contact with them, but terrifying to hear their stories and know how much danger they face every day. For the new year, I wish them safety and peace, and I hope that whatever holiday you celebrate, you can be willing to help them this year. That is my wish

I’m sharing their fundraiser again in the hopes that you can show them some love and support

I hope you will share this post and donate to help them, they really need and deserve help

Thank you for your kind words and for remembering the people of Gaza during this special time. We deeply appreciate your support and humanity during these difficult circumstances.

We wish you a joyful Christmas filled with peace and love, and may the new year bring goodness to you and your family. ❤

another way to help a wonderful family

hi!!! @haniyassersposts has asked me to spotlight his campaign. he is the brother of ibrahim @wolf-aid who has a special place in my heart. i know long posts do not do much for these campaigns anymore so i'll try to be brief. hani is caring for his large family, which includes young children. they need these funds for their survival especially as winter rages on and the occupation tears through more and more of gaza each day.

if you have anything at all to give, PLEASE give. everyone's campaigns are slowing down and i fear that it's apathy causing this. i don't want any of us to grow apathetic

BRING HOPE BACK TO US

Since August 27th, Hani has been pleading for help but his messages are met with silence.

His mother is sick and suffers chronic pain, her health worsens by the day, even then he cares for her and all his siblings ranging from 3 to 7 years old.

Even a small gesture like answering his messages and donating even €5 could revive their hope and make them feel like they are still a part of this world.

Verified here, here and here.

CHOOSE KINDNESS!!!

GIVE BACK A BIT OF HOPE

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the post you wrote to support me. Your words were more than just letters; they were a ray of hope and a motivation to keep going. I’m truly grateful for you standing by me in this difficult journey.

To everyone reading this: your help, no matter how small, can make an enormous difference. Any donation, even the smallest, can change an entire life and restore hope to those living in unimaginable conditions. All I ask is that you lend a helping hand in any way you can. Do not give up on Hani

When @hanifamilys-blog reached out to me, it was with the belief that everyone had given up on him and his family. Things in Gaza have grown very dire. Hani has written posts in his own words including this one that I recommend reading, as it sheds light on just how much he has been through.

I need to emphasize: it is so important that even if you cannot donate, you need to share posts for those in Gaza. Hani shouldn't have to feel like the world sees him and his family as a lost cause. I beg of you not to give up. It is so important to let people like Hani know that you see them.

If you can donate, it would help immensely. There is a long way to go, but that is no reason to provide no help at all. Medical help, food, shelter, all of these things are things you can help with by sharing and donating. Thank you.

"I thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing this post and supporting our campaign. Your words have touched our hearts and given us hope during these difficult times. Your support and sharing mean so much to us and help in spreading our message to a larger audience. I can’t express my gratitude enough – thank you for everything you are doing." 🌷❤🍉🌹
