It's hard to rec authors that are like other authors because I truly believe every author has their own unique style that have quirks and styles that I enjoy equally.
If you want similar-style stories that have the world building like Raina's, across various genres, my personal suggestions are:

I legit just want to say though, check ALL of the authors' fics I rec, because they're all wonderful and unique!!! I wish I was better at suggesting more, but I'm terrible at these "authors like authors" lists.

I enjoy pretty much all of the authors @inevitably-johnlocked has mentioned. (special mention here to arizona's Mise en Place, which was part of the inspiration for my bakers.)
Some of my favourite authors not on that list already are @calaisreno @discordantwords @keirgreeneyes @jrow and omg so many others, this fandom is truly blessed. Some authors who also had an impact on how I see Sherlock and John and their relationship are Wordstrings, Lifeonmars and Caitlinfairchild.
But there are so, so many talented authors in this fandom. We're truly blessed.
