Anakin helps Mace Windu bring down the Emperor. This is not an extrajudicial execution; Palpatine is actively trying to kill Mace with Force Lightning at the time. As a result, Order 66 never happens.
They find enough information in his office to bring the Clone Wars to a fairly expeditious end. However, the birth of Luke and Leia Skywalker leads to the revelation of Anakin's secret marriage and his dismissal from the Jedi Order.
Luke and Leia grow up on Naboo with their birth parents. Only thing is that, because of the wheels Palpatine put in motion, the people he put in place, and the culture he instilled in his institutions, the Republic turns authoritarian anyway. It just takes longer.
Leia isn't being pursued by Anakin Skywalker when she goes to find Obi-Wan to help the nascent Rebellion; he sent her. Instead of Mon Mothma, we have Padme Skywalker.
Maybe we even have a Jedi Order that has been gradually corrupted over almost two decades until they're a lot more concerned with Order and less with Light, explaining why Obi-Wan is in exile and providing the Skywalkers with opponents.
