Something had shifted between you and Bucky since that night. There was a tension that neither of you seemed willing to address. You couldn’t avoid him completely, not when he lived across the hall. But your interactions had grown superficial and formal, neither of you lingering long enough to exchange more than civilities.
It wasn’t just him avoiding you, you were doing it too. It had been three weeks since the incident but when you heard his footsteps in the hall, you hesitated at the door. If you spotted him across the street, you turned into the nearest store or ducked around the corner. It was cowardly, but definitely felt safer than facing the awkwardness between you.
I love that Bucky came to save reader but I was a bit angry because he was so harsh with reader. But I can understand that it was because he was so worried about her.

Or at least it would have done if you weren’t feeling so anxious.

It has been two weeks since Joaquin went on a mission with Sam. You weren't sure when Joaquin would come back but he told you that he would let you know when he is on his way home. He was only away for three days when you already started to miss him. Throughout the days Joaquin called or texted you whenever he had time. You missed each other a lot so it always helps to hear each other's voice.
Today Joaquin finally send you a message that they are on their way home and that he can't wait to see you. You got so happy when you saw his text that you began to smile.
