Unfortunately, this is what has happened to me up until this moment in this devastating war. At first, our house was bombed while my family and I were inside, which led to me being injured by shrapnel from the explosion that entered my body and is still stuck to this moment and needs urgent surgery!!!!😭

We now live in my grandmother's bombed house too In a partially destroyed room!!!!

I have to have my operation in a country with an advanced health system because it is high risk and unfortunately I do not have the costs of travel and treatment, so I created a fundraising campaign so that I can collect the costs of my treatment!!!! 😭

Until this moment, we have escaped death more than ten times, but unfortunately my pain has not stopped. Rather, my condition is getting more dangerous because the iron fragments remain stuck in my body, and delaying treatment will lead to infection in my blood!!!!!😭

After that, unfortunately, I was involved in a very serious car accident that severed the tendon in my foot and I became unable to walk. I only use a wheelchair. I cannot describe this feeling that I became restricted and unable to move!!!!😭

What is worse than this is that I have started wishing for death from the intense pain I suffer from all the time in my wounds because of the iron fragments, and when they move I really wish I would die from the intensity of the pain and also the intense pain I suffer from in my feet!!!!😭😭

It’s rare to feel happy in northern Gaza. But the other day, my sister Soso made me smile.

It’s not a lie that sugar is expensive. 1kg is $80. Frying oil is $70. That donut was expensive to make, even without the sugar. But it’s okay. Even if it means the adults can’t eat, it’s okay. Soso was happy for a few hours. She’s only 4 years old yet her life is already so hard. She’s not growing properly due to malnutrition and trauma. Her mental health is in shambles, not at all how a child should be. Since birth, two wars have come very close to killing her, so we just want her to be happy.

Please help me make her happy every day. A few days ago, she was the happiest child in the world because she ate an apple for the first time in a year. That won’t happen again because fruits are too expensive, but I swear, she explodes with joy when we buy vegetables too. She is a child with simple dreams.

The Israeli occupation president threatens to bomb every place in Gaza, and the sounds of explosions have not stopped until this moment!!!

Until this moment, more than 500 martyrs have been killed by the Israeli occupation's bombing of civilian homes with their owners inside.

in common israeli behavior, as phase I of the ceasefire expires today israel attempts to sabotage the ceasefire again to avoid accountability.

they have violated the conditions for phase I and are refusing to move to phase II by announcing a war crime instead: resuming the starvation siege and preventing international aid from entering gaza during ramadan. this is all par for the course. israel has never met an agreement it wouldn't break, nor missed an opportunity to inflict more suffering. accountability will come regardless, but now is the time to be alert, especially as western media tries to obfuscate the reasons for the ceasefire violations.

tonight at 3 am israel unilaterally ended the ceasefire and resumed the genocide in gaza, killing at least 45 people so far including dozens of children. for two weeks it had already been starving gazans in ramadan and preventing aid, food and fuel from getting in. accountability is a very long game. the more violent they get, the longer they put it off, the more the world will continue to pay.

i've been saying this for two years, but it doesn't hurt to say it again: the short term of this is ugly. there's no short-term solution. things are going to get more violent. but the long-term is already lost to them. all we have to do is stay the course, and don't let them intimidate you into silence or exhaust you with the sheer scale of the violence. these are the tactics of a bully nation led by a bully sponsor, and the world has seen all of them fall before
