- My first pets were a flock of domesticated pigeons and an aquatic frog.

- I was a theater technician in high school, primarily props manager. With the prop corner called the “[deadname] depression corner” by classmates. I also once got the whole cast and crew sick with the flue.

- My favorite drink is a hot chai latte with apple cider.

- I can accurately mimic the calls of dogs, cats, pigeons, turkeys, chickens, goats, sheep, and cattle.

- I have had 5 short stories and 3 poems published in my community college’s literary journal.

  • I have a phobia of fish, also known as ichthyophobia (no I dont have a reason, they just give me an ick and nausea when I look at them, never eaten one either)
  • (To keep the theatre trend going) I actually majored in Theatre in college. I got my BFA in Theatre with an emphasis on Stage Direction/Management (mostly directing) I do nothing with this degree.
  • I was raised Mormon, never had much faith to begin with tho (brainwashing couldn’t work because brain too smooth, also autism)
  • I’ve had two surgeries, both involving my teeth. One was to get my wisdom teeth removed and the other was to fix an underbite
  • In high school, I would have to drive to school (out of necessity) before I got my learner’s permit (being gay and committing crimes hell yeah)

  • I have ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder). You'd have better luck guessing what I don't eat rather than what I do. (I stay healthy tho, aka I take all my nutrients from no-no foods in alternative forms). (and also due to this I've never drank alcohol).
  • I know everything about lego And I have very very hot takes about Bionicle.
  • I don't know a lot of songs (I think I only know about or under 300? and I actively listen to only 3% of that) however I do love to sing those that I do know.
  • I've never met a non-white person in real life (I've been living in poland for my whole life, go figure).
  • I've never broken a bone or had a serious injury (which is probably why I have such a strong fear of serious physical pain).

I genuinely don't know if he really thinks that's my name or not. One of my friends jokingly calls me Dasani Water Bottle but that was before this. It won't stop. It's too late to correct him now.   • One of my bedroom's wacky shelves is (jokingly) SpongeBob themed xD I have a silly looking SpongeBob plush keychain with a #1 gold medal wrapped around it, a pineapple maraca, a small but really orante/bejeweled metal pineapple that cracks open like an egg (where I keep a little metal frog 🐸), a normal pineapple keychain, and a tiny little glass pineapple decoration. (IM NOT OBSESSED WITH PINEAPPLES I SWEAR, I JUST THINK ITS RLLY FUNNY 😭😭)
  • I have 5 different seal stuffed animals/plushies, 3 of which live permanently on my bed.
  • I have a bunch of really nice rocks that were given to me to paint on as a present, so I painted one of them to be Garfield dressed as Hatsune Miku and dubbed it "the Miku rock".
  • In 2 days from writing this, it will be my 9th year playing Roblox 😎 (<- veteran royale high player. we're in the fucking trenches.)
  • I had a nasty accident on a bike when I was 8-9 years old, and I've been nervous to ride them ever since 🥲
  • When I was first getting into alternative fashion in 9th grade and had my hair cut short for the first time the summer leading up to it, I went through The Awkward Phase™. You could not waterboard those school photos out of me.

  • I won first place in my school district's local writing challenge in Junior High
  • I am surprisingly good at archery though I am NOT to be trusted at laser tag
  • I'm actually way more shy and reclusive irl than I am here--this place just boosts my confidence a little
  • I volunteer frequently at animal shelters in my spare time and my special interest has always kind of been animals in general
  • I have a sensitivity to certain food textures and am an impossibly picky eater as a result

Val Fun Facts

  • When I was a kid I broke my leg because I really wanted to go down a very tall slide. I let go of my mom's hand, ran off to it and started climbing the wooden ladder. It then broke and I fell down lol.
  • That was still not as bad as the time I tore my chin open because child me decided that trying to stand upside-down on my head was a brilliant idea and tumbled on the floor, scraping it. They had to sew it together. A very scary but effective learning experience.
  • Me and my brother made two abominable sandwiches when no one else was around the house. Those things were delicious, but no one else should know what we committed that day.
  • I went out with a bunch of friends and classmates during high school and we reached a ruined tower on a hill (after braving the territory of horses that were illegally being raised around there). Inside was a spray-painted pentacle on the wall and various burnt-down motorcycle helmets lined around it. We got the hell out of there super fast.
  • Had a girlfriend from the start of elementary school to its very end. She was really invested in our relationship ngl.
  • I had a collection of whale and dolphin plushies + an orca and shark. I would sleep with ALL of them in the bed because I didn't wanna play favorites. I still love whales now, and the very first whale plushy I owned is still close to my bed to this day.
  • I worked in theater and still love to act a lot! I sadly distanced from it for a while because I fell out of love with the group I was doing it with due to several reasons... but I still love playing characters.

Goodness, a chance to talk about my own self. I'm not sure what sounds interesting, though.

  • A favorite story of my family's is about the time I broke my arm when I was three. It hurt like hell, and I asked for a band-aid. Some of them like to think "omg you were so brave!" when in my dumbass three-year-old mind, the understanding was that when you got hurt, a band-aid goes on it. (there is more to this whole story, but i'm going to leave it here).
  • I'm gonna be an engineer someday. That's why I don't post very much as of writing. Chances are I'm trying to study for it.
  • The only food I have any confidence in making is spinach quiche. As of writing, I still have a slice left of the last one I made like a week ago (i put carrots in this one!).
  • I played Minecraft back when there were villages, but villagers weren't added yet. And I got NO RESPECT for this
  • I spent the 3rd-4th grade being afraid of SpongeBob because of...basically the post-movie episodes that were being made at the time. To this day, my family misremembers why I was so afraid/disliked it because I lied to them about it, no matter how many times I correct them in the present.

Can't think of much else at the moment, but I hope that suffices.

Had an idea for a fanfic where after the events of Steven Universe Future, Jasper gets approached by Aquamarine/Eyeball who try to recruit her into a secret growing new order group which prefered how things were before Era 3.

They'd promise her that things would return to how they used to be, with Jasper at the top as a respected leader unlike the spineless turncoat Diamonds. All she has to do is infiltrate the Crystal Gems and work with them behind the scenes.

Some other main plotline would prob occur while this happens on the side, but it'd be a set-up for Jasper's redemption arc as they get to know the gems more (since she's forcing herself to interact with them and be buddy buddy) and make a big decision on if she's capable of changing and growing from her past.
