Something I really hate is when some writers seem to think that it is Cloak with the romantic feelings and Dagger doesn't reciprocate. Like part of this is because Cloak is more of a POV character than Dagger is; we spend a lot more time getting to know Cloak's thoughts and feelings about things and Cloak is a perspective character for the audience pretty often, as opposed to Dagger who gets this treatment pretty rarely, so naturally Cloak's feelings are more known to us and more established. But even in the Mantlo days, it always seems like Dagger loves him back in the same way, she just hasn't realised or hasn't communicated this yet. Like, she literally screams at Cloak's grave I Love You and you want me to think she meant As A Brother? absolutely not.

They need to write a plot where Cloak starts dating someone and Tandy gets completely weird and obsessive about it.

I could have been a pretty good baleen whale but I think I would have missed blogging and that unresolved want would have stuck around and filled me with regret when I'm eventually killed by a whaling boat that mistook me for a right whale
