Every day the news gets fucking worse.

An innocent man was deported to an El Salvador prison camp and JD Vance is trying to justify it by saying he had “traffic violations.” A simple parking ticket is a traffic violation. They’re trying to see how low they can go, how we’ll react. This shit is flat out evil.

There’s no low they won’t sink to. Everyone needs to understand that and fight back or we’re cooked.

Here’s Elain basking in the sun with my version of Jesminda from my fanfic A Court of Embers and Sunlight. I have to insert Jes into everything but UGH I can’t help it I love her so much. One of my favorite things to see in Elucien fics or Gen Elain fics is when Elain gets visions of Jesminda from the past, or she sees and speaks with her spirit. So I felt inspired to draw that for this prompt.

I have aphantasia, so I am creating the characters of Acotar! Here is Elain Archeron, i wanted her image to be set in the golden hour in a garden, with a soft simplicity to her and a floral motif. i imagine her hair being more wavy than her sisters, and she has plenty of freckles from being outside all the time!

You know, with all the trouble over the live action Snow White remake and how long it's actually taken to make it, it would have been the perfect opportunity for another studio to make a film about Adriana Caselotti, who voiced Snow White but wasn't even told she was working on a full length film and only realised it at the premiere, was paid only $970 (roughly $21,217 in 2024) for the job, wasn't credited for the role and basically had her career in films ruined before it even started, because dear old Walt Disney refused to let her take other roles: 'I'm sorry, but that voice can't be used anywhere. I don't want to spoil the illusion of Snow White.'

@elainweekofficial Day Three — Psyche

This is a play on the future state of Elain’s mind and her viewpoint upon her journey to healing and self-acceptance. Her mind is currently locked behind an iron gate and covered in thorns and decaying vines—sunshine is where she sees her mind going.

I am so very excited to dive into Elain’s story and be in her head. Learning more about her past, her present, and her future! Her time in the Cauldron and how that affected her is what I am most excited to learn more about.
