In my school district there’s a small stem program that if you get into serves as your high school and I opted out of it for my junior/senior year because it was super frustrating to deal with but I’m debating—really strongly—going back on that because honestly looking back the teachers who were the reasons I disliked the program wouldn’t be people I have to deal with next year, and I would get to keep the things I like about the program. Plus scheduling came at a very, very, stressful time in the school year. So uh kinda a throw my words into the void post but it any irls from there see this uhhh hi?

Pretty much had a panic attack today and a friend hugged me which helped so fucking much and it felt so good to be hugged, still feel a little anxious but it helped so much

Hm, I truthfully don’t have much advice since I’m not even out to my parents yet, but the advice I was given by my (queer) teacher at school one time at our schools GSA was that cars are actually a good place to do it. The end of the car ride offers a natural ending point to the conversation if you want it to end, and if you want to keep talking about it you can just stay in the car longer.

I disagree with the car suggestion because you don't have any way out if things go wrong. My mother locked me in her car to shout at me for about an hour when I came out to her. I don't think that will happen anon, but I would ensure you have an escape route.
