Disabled trans woman needs help affording wheelchair

Remaking my donation post as the information is outdated.

I need help affording an electric wheelchair, as I am unable to leave the house and walk for long without one. I've been trapped in the house for months, only leaving for absolute essentials and doctor's appointments. I'm currently halfway towards affording the model I've selected. Absolutely anything helps. alright unfortunately seems like im gonna have to make one more

so im moving out next month and im apartment hunting. prpblem is i don’t have enough for my second and last portion of rent due on the 15th, as well as me being almost out of food again. ive been selling junk around the house but ebay eats away at earnings with fees meaning i get only 20% of what i sell my shit for. not to mention i need to get tater tot’s nails trimmed since i can’t do it myself and that’s a health thing since if one of her claws breaks it may get really badly infected. once i move put ill be in a much cheaper apartment meaning i won’t have to make these posts anymore because ill be able to just spend my check every month without it eating my entire thing with just 90% of my rent. my fucking gi bill is 1576 bucks but my rent is 1700 and then the apartments im looking at are 800. if its any consolation, our birthday is this month (27th lol) so like yeah

the rent is 300, tater tot’s vet visit would be all together 90 dollars including uber rides, and buying food would be around 70ish? so all together around 450 dollars so

Fucking wild to be teaching about Rosa Parks at the same time as a trans woman in Florida does an act of civil disobedience to use a women's restroom in the state capitol

As far as I know, she is the first woman arrested bc of this law. The law requires that the trans person be warned to leave the bathroom by a state official, and then if they stay they are guilty of trespassing after a warning.

So like, me, my gf, others just piss and nobody asks or tells, but this young woman sent a statement about the law to over 100 FL lawmakers so they would know she was coming, the cops were ready for her, she brought a reporter and went in anyway and spent the night in a men's jail. She is out on bail, and is hoping this will inspire change of the law. But if found guilty, and the law is upheld as constitutional, then she could spend up to 60 days in a mens county jail.

I think it's important to know that this woman is a devout Catholic and is performing this act of civil disobedience as a profound act of faith (which I deeply respect, as someone whose Judaism vibes on the same wavelength). She brought a rosary with her and was planning on praying the rosary in the restroom after washing her hands if she was able to do so.

I also think it's important to know that she said in her letter that she knows that if she's sent to a men's prison that it is very likely that she will be raped.

No, this is not a late April fools joke, nor is it a hoax or a parody, if I wanted fame and attention I could have just continued the work I’ve already been doing in politics without admitting to a high profile crime, if I wanted to just try to get Luigi off the hook then I will tell you that I DO NOT believe that this will clear his name, the narrative set up painting him as guilty would backfire horribly if they were to accept that someone else was the culprit. I and my mother were in Manhattan at the time and well… I had the opportunity to and knew how to get my hands on the right tools so… I went ahed with it.

Simply, I did it to try and cause tension, I knew that someone of his status dying like that would have caused chaos amongst the ruling class, and it being a Healthcare CEO really helped to get the message across, since while it is a different country my main work IS targeting and investigating the NHS and the quality of its health services (especially when it comes to wait times and the quality of care for disabled and Transgender individuals), and thankfully it appears the message I was getting across DID make it to people across the UK. Since this however I’ve been just back to doing more stale things, it’s not as easy to get a gun over here for one, and two I was making enough progress that I was semi-confident I would be successful without any more extreme and risky moves… however I think this is something that needs to be known considering the current situation.

This man is innocent, his appearance and build doesn’t match that of the killers, the only “motive” he had was a convenient written confession showing that he supposedly viewed healthcare companies as “parasitic” and too expensive (which does somewhat contradict the actual killers actions) he had said note and the murder weapon conveniently on him while living his ordinary life, the killer held the gun in his right hand while Luigi is left-handed, Luigi and the Killer were potentially seen simultaneously, they wore slightly different coats.

The NYPD KNOW these are different people, they know the evidence is lacking, this isn’t a mistaken identity, it’s framing, they are trying to make themself appear to still be control by catching this man, humiliating him, killing him, when they know full well that the person they are prosecuting ISNT EVEN THE RIGHT GUY!
