i had a dream i worked in an underwater restaurant and people kept ordering ice in their drinks and then getting mad at me when it would float away. and i’d tell them beforehand that the ice would float away & they’d be like lol no that’s not how it works just give me the ice. I’m fighting customer service battles never seen before

ok im answering this for both fenris n anders bc TECHNICALLY. anders is his boyfriend at this time

fenris didnt go! forrest had to swap him out for carver after he kicked up a huge fuss abt being left home. fenris is. not happy abt it at all, esp bc then forrest practically begs for him to look after leandra while both he n carver are gone, he even promises fenris a part of his profits just to make sure his mother isnt left alone w just gamlen. funnily enough fenris n leandra get quite close bc of this n fenris is there when forrest finally makes it home n has to break the news abt carver to their mother.

anders, on the other hand, did go! n unfortunately for him that was kinda the beginning of the end for him n forrest, as it was his grief over losing carver that made him break it off w anders in the end.
