Constraint when "best ever scorer of the history of a competition"

Hi @Blackcat, good idea !. I appologize to don't participate in proposal talk. Three questions:

• Are you going to migrate present entries of top scorer in P3279 to this new property ?
• I understand, and agree, to be used not only for the season, but also for "the best record of competition". In these cases, the constraint P31= season (Q27020041), is restrictive and should allows too recurring sporting event (Q18608583) or similar, to avoid error.
• may you include an example for P1013 qualifier?. I understand it when is used in P3279, in order to indicate "top scorer", but what is the case you think about for this property ?.
