Flights from North Macedonia’s capital Skopje to Turku will resume on Saturday 19 December.
During the summer, Finland’s Transport and Communications Agency, Traficom momentarily suspended the flights from the country.
The route has been completely suspended since early November, after more than 80 Covid-19 cases were detected in passengers arriving from Skopje to Finland since this summer.
According to the City of Turku, the city's health authorities will meet passengers arriving from Skopje, and all passengers will be offered a coronavirus test at the airport. In addition, all passengers will receive instructions related to stopping the spread of the virus.
