The growth in prices of old housing stock in Finnish cities has slowed, according to Statistics Finland.
According to the agency's preliminary data, prices of old dwellings belonging to housing companies rose by 1.7 percent during the second quarter, year-on-year.
Excluding larger cities and the capital region, housing prices rose by 2.3 percent, but in big cities they went up by just 1.4 percent.
Housing prices across the country rose during the second quarter compared to last year but the growth has slowed, particularly in larger municipalities, with the exception of Tampere.
Prices in Tampere rose by 4.8 percent, while in Turku they fell slightly.
Meanwhile the price rise in Helsinki and Vantaa was less than one percent.
