End to Custody Battle

The Finnish Supreme Court has ruled that two American-Finnish boys in a bitter custody battle will be returned to their father in the United States.

A Court of Appeal decided last month to allow the boys' mother, Outi Koski, custody of the two.

However, the boys' father, John Rogers, appealed to the Supreme Court. A US court originally gave custody to the father.

The dispute arose over a year ago when the mother failed to bring the two back from a holiday in Finland.
