The Helsinki District Court handed down suspended sentences of four months to the three men on Tuesday.

The accused are also to pay compensation to the injured parties, which amount to about 200-600 per claimant.

According to the prosecutor, more perpetrators were involved in the attack, but only these three were caught.

The attack on a group of marchers during last July’s parade featured the use of tear gas and pepper spray. The prosecution says it endangered the health of 88 people.
