Festival organizers also announced that the opening concert will feature American indie folk band Bon Iver.
The festival, which will be held for the ninth time in 2012, will have an expanded Suvilahti venue next year. A new, four-day ticket will be sold for the first time, offering access to the whole festival including the opening concert.
Ticket sales begin on 7 December at 9am, via the Tiketti online service.
