Kiviniemi stated that it is obvious that the results of the tests will create more confidence in the markets and create a base for sustainable economic recovery.
"Even though questions are being asked in the markets if the tests created enough corpses, I believe that the results will strengthen market confidence and Europe's economy," said Kiviniemi.
According to the Prime Minister, the main lessons learned during the depression of the 90s meant that the present recession was met in a situation in which both banks and enterprises were in good shape.
