Northern lights illuminate Finnish skies

There's a decent chance of still catching those elusive flashes in the sky on Sunday night.

The Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) on Sunday said there was a "moderate" chance of seeing the northern lights between Sunday and Monday night.

The aurora borealis natural light display, commonly known as the northern lights, has been visible across Finland this weekend.

The stellar fireworks followed the sun ejecting two coronal masses towards Earth on Friday, according to the FMI's space weather forecast.
