Why was this chosen for 2001?
Rewatch. I used to be gaga over this movie - to the point that I actually remember watching the DVD commentary track years ago. Anyway - it had never been seen for the FMTG and I figured the 2001 list was the perfect opportunity.

Rewatch. It had never been considered for the FMTG - and I remember liking it well enough that it needed to be.
This is probably one of the all time great ghost movies, for my money anyway. Things are kept fairly low key - but there’s always a sense of eeriness and unease throughout - until the big reveal at the end, which I won’t spoil here.
