    Qué es la
    Pectina?

    La Pectina es:
    • Un polisacárido soluble en agua que se
    utiliza en la industria alimentaria como
    agente gelificante, espesante y
    estabilizante.
    • Sustancia natural presente en las paredes
    celulares de las plantas, especialmente
    en frutas en especial en los cítricos.
    • Se encarga de eliminar las toxinas y
    residuos que se encuentran en nuestro
    organismo.

    ¿Como podemos
    obtener Pectina?
    Descubrámoslo

    Obtención de Pectina:
    Extracción con agua caliente.
    No requiere el uso de productos químicos o enzimas específicas adicionales.

    Extracción con ácido cítrico.


    Requiere la adición de ácido cítrico para ayudar en la extracción de la pectina

    Extracción enzimática.
    Requiere el uso de enzimas específicas, como las pectinasas, que descomponen las
    estructuras de pectina de manera controlada.

    Usaremos el método de extracción con agua
    caliente.

    Para obtener un frasco pequeño de pectina
    fué necesario:
    • 5 Naranjas maduras (965gr)
    • 2 Limones (86gr)
    • 1 Frasco vacío de vidrio
