Pouya Saadat on Instagram: "Desk work, particularly prolonged typing or mouse use, is a common cause of wrist pain. This repetitive motion can strain the wrist.

Daily exercises can alleviate this by strengthening wrist muscles and improving flexibility, refucing the strain from repetitive desk activities.

Do these exercises daily during your work breaks and let me know how it goes 🙏
