  I seem to like this more than most. Superbly written as one might expect, but lacklustre direction and some truly spectacular accents from an otherwise top notch cast drag All the Kings Men down.

  Michael Caine made a few of these Euro spy thrillers in the 80s and 90s (including a couple of Harry Palmer ones) - this one is odd in that it can't quite decide how seriously it wants to take itself. It's fine, but you'd really have to love Caine or his Palmer character to seek it out.
