    Unsurprisingly, the film is about pain—the pain of collective trauma, of losing someone, of adulthood, of mental illness, and, above all, the pain of personal demons.

    The film wouldn’t have worked at all if it weren’t for Kieran Culkin. His performance as a charismatic, vulnerable, seemingly full-of-life yet silently heartbroken man is nothing short of astonishing, and it’s what truly makes the film.

    First thing first - I think the film deserves support in the cinema, because of how ambitious it was, and how it tried to do something different from most local productions.

    The biggest problem was the writing. The film relied heavily on a mystery, which made the revelation incredibly important. So even though the build up was (mostly) fun, when the reveal raised more questions than answers, I just couldn't help but felt frustrated.
