Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair 2006
Finally watched the Whole Bloody Affair! Not sure whether this counts as a rewatch or not … but I’m saying not for now because I like the way it’s sandwiched together. It’s a different viewing experience!

The Skin I Live In 2011
I found it incredibly intriguing that Robert dresses in greys and beiges so unfamiliar in Almodovar films, only to watch as the colour begins to bloom in the corners throughout the runtime and then flourishes with all that wonderful set design and cinematography by the end. Colour and shape and line all working together to create some of the most memorable imagery that will no doubt stick with me for weeks.
So glad I went in blind, I barely skimmed…
