Bronson 2008
Absolutely gorgeous film. The use of the stage as a framing device is really well done, the whole film carries a theatrical and larger than life musicality to it that feels like an accurate testament to Charles Bronson as the symbol he became. Really cool stuff.

There were not in fact 17 boys in this film...
But nah I enjoyed this one!! Pattinson really slays in the role, man has such an animated voice and it's great. The humour was really strong and it all generally felt very 'animated' in a way that's difficult to describe, and I mean that as a compliment!^^
If anything, I feel like this film struggles against the book it's based on. The best parts are where the most creative liberties were taken away from it's source material. When it leans back on it, that's when the film drags. Still really enjoyed it tho 😎✨️
