This is one of the most soul crushing beautiful films I’ve watched.
Robin Williams and Matt Damon were beyond superb. You have to admire the beautiful acting and conveying of emotions. Both perfectly providing roles that make you think, feel and understand what you’re watching.

I really tried to get into this film but I couldn’t unfortunately. I just feel it was a little too slow paced for such a short film. It felt hectic but in a messy way at times.
I love the concept of this film, I feel a modern take on this would go incredibly hard. Unfortunately this was a little too before it’s time. Bergman is a great director but this isn’t his best work at all unfortunately.

This was such a beautiful bittersweet film with a conclusion that feels so emotionally attached.
I often find it difficult to find myself invested within romance films but something about this connection between Bob and Charlotte was incredible. There wasn’t any forced romance or sexual intention, it was purely two people meeting my chance in Japan and that’s incredible.
