  overall i enjoyed this movie! I thought it had more emotional depth than one is used to seeing in marvel movies nowadays and I enjoyed how simple the plot was. there was no introduction of new characters to keep up with, no obvious furthering of a larger narrative that will be revealed in like 4 more movies. rocket was a compelling character, and I found his backstory a little more compelling and heartbreaking than most.
