Absolutely enjoyed this movie. Really wish that it would have won Best Picture or that Fiennes could have won best actor. Kept me engaged, although I wasn’t necessarily surprised with the way it ended.

Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
Didn’t love all the song choices, and some of the story to me doesn’t mesh well with The Lion King. I will say it’s better than the live action Lion King. One of the biggest detractors for me was how forced Timone and Pumba were throughout the movie, and really wasn’t that funny. Overall, better than what my expectations were but still I think Disney should stop producing these live option versions of their good movies. Please just stick to what you are good to Disney!

I had heard great things about this movie and couldn’t help but come in with high expectations, and oh my goodness did it exceed them!!! I loved this Godzilla, I enjoyed the focus on the people, how they try to survive and rebuild post WWII, and then hammered by Godzilla. There is always going to be destruction in Godzilla movies and he is always going to be nasty and terrifying, but this movie made all of that 1,000 times more…
