Really night and day between how successful this one is than the first pilot movie. All the acting is a bit sturdier, the story flows better, and the effects look a lot better as well.
It's amazing how much you can get out of two characters in a single room just talking about their lives and their brief encounter for around 90 minutes.
Man, let's just run through a few things happening in this film:
1) Two teenagers have sex in the living room even though the entire family is in the house.
2) The mom stumbles upon this scene and watches for waaaaay too long.
3) A whiny voiced Tom Cruise talks about how he tried to burn newspapers for.....some reason, and almost burned his house down, but became a hero because people thought he was putting the fire out.
