The final shot, almost as if through a Disney tourist’s phone, tied this movie up with a little old cherry on top. (and thank God it did; I was damn near bawling 😭) Beautiful film.

This movie gave me the courage to refuse an offer that made me feel like I was settling. It reinvigorated my dreams and was a brutal, emotional reminder that fear is the mind killer.

Outstanding visuals, acting, and storytelling. And an intermission?!?! Solid cinema.

I was worried about skipping my post-modern Islamic history class today, but luckily this movie covered it for me.

Cinematography/existential visuals : 10/10

A film that I really needed to watch as a female in my mid-20s, but definitely one that I should not watch with my parents. 🍆 🍑 ⭐️
