The Fallout 2021
Scrolling through Max and remembered that I watched this without putting it in Letterboxd. I don’t remember too much from the film, but I also don’t remember not liking it. Paris cried.

Absolute bars were dispersed throughout this entire film. “Our faith is a living thing precisely because it walks hand-in-hand with doubt. If there was only certainty and no doubt, there would be no mystery. And therefore no need for faith. Let us pray that God will grant us a Pope who doubts. And let him grant us a Pope who sins and asks for forgiveness and who carries on.” Absolute fire.
So many times Paris and I paused this movie cause it brought up different thoughts and feelings. Fantastic film here friends.

The greatest entrance for the greatest character of all time; Jack stepping off the little boat just as it sinks. I seriously think that Captain Jack had a massive effect on my life as a whole. I thank him for the man I am today. Out of all the POTC movies this to me is just the warmup for the next 2. No other movie series compares. Period.

Avatar: The Way of Water 2022
Guys, this was probably the most beautiful movie I’ve seen. Those dang fish really got to me 🥹 The beauty of Pandora is the only thing giving this movie stars cause wow was the plot of this movie petty. Avatar has a much bigger feel to it than some little petty revenge story and holy smokes was the dialogue HORRIBLE especially the white people. There’s a lot to be critical of here, but if you can put that behind you the world is so cool that it makes up for it.
