  my first film premiere🤓☕️ loved the topic, how you could see the physical decline of someone who used to hold such power, the symbolism of the animals taking over the house. i feel like it could have been a bit shorter to be more impactful, or included some scenes form the past too to give some nice context/comparison. the director and the two actors in the q&a were so lovely<3 and i understood quite a bit of portuguese!!

  two stars are literally for the cinematography, such a beautiful film, i loved the parts where it went into black and white. my issue was the random sex between thomas and ellen, kind of unnecessary. but i liked the ending. and great acting!
