i feel so moved by this and all the experiences and stories shared. there is something unspeakably beautiful and devastating about the entwined threat of violence and expansive liberating joy that trans people of all ages are subject to. a most wonderfully told story that really sits within me afterwards. there’s so much community and kindness and love seeped in this doc, it just makes the cruelty even more devastating. i felt this a lot

eternal sunshine of the spotless mind just feels like a perfect film to me cos it combines all of my favourite things
the surreal journey through joel + celementine’s relationship was so unexpected but i love everything about how this story felt/ looked. the disrupted dreamlike sci-fi quality, i wasnt expecting it at all!
and then the story itself appeals to me so much. it felt so beautiful and touching and hopeful in a way. ive always heard this film is extremely sad but i didnt think so as much.
this is easily going to be a comfort film for me.
