Mickey 17 2025
I loved the sound of this film and had slightly high hopes but it didn’t really deliver.
I can’t really explain what I was expecting so it’s hard to say what it did wrong. I think I’ll just blame myself.
To be fair, I did fall asleep briefly. And I think I kissed quite a pivotal scene. So it’s definitely my fault.
I enjoyed that it was so over the top and silly. It was fun to watch! And that’s enough isn’t it!

Didn’t love it.
The first bit was promising. I liked the weird, simple dialogue and the whole feel of the film tbh.
But then it all got a bit weirder and I started getting tired and bored.

I’ll always find 2002 - 2008 the most interesting period of Pete’s life. I could watch hours and hours of footage from that time. So they were my fave bits.
