I kept my expectations low for this one, given my lifelong obsession with Bob Dylan. However, it actually wasn’t that bad.
While it was a bit bothersome that he clearly doesn’t sound like Dylan, I’m genuinely impressed that Timothée had the balls to sing live instead of lip-syncing. His voice definitely improved as the movie progressed. Not to mention, he was surprisingly talented with both the guitar and harmonica.
I also can’t help but wonder if he purposely deprived himself of sleep to achieve that classic infraorbital hyperpigmentation.
In the end, despite its imperfections and inaccuracies, I found the film more enjoyable than not.

I always love a good murder mystery - this one had so many twists my head was nearly spinning! There was also a nice little blend of romance and comedy thrown in the mix.
