This movie is a hard thing to watch. I seen some brutal stuff before, including Cannibal Holocaust, and this is definitely up there. Lots of real animal deaths, and then just shocking gore. I find this harder to watch than Cannibal Holocaust.

I didn't like the original but this is different.
So we got this film shot almost entirely from POV, that's neat. But then we get Frodo Friggin Baggins as a sexual psychopath.
The content is objectionable, we're in the head of a man that hates women, a man that abuses and murders them. That's hard to watch. But Elijah Wood, that kid from "North" gives his allm and that man is an ACTOR,
If this movie had just been presented normally with nobodies it would be 2 stars. But Elijah Wood nailing this role, the director's decision to commit to this POV. Those make this enjoyable.

I used to think that this was one of Argento's weaker films. But upon subsequent rewatches - it's one of my favorites. I guess when your introduction to Argento was the great "Suspiria" it's hard to expect the…

I first saw this film several months ago and didn't quite understand it. It was mysterious, had a very interesting way of presenting its narrative and I liked the movie, I just didn't quite get at the time what it was trying to say. A couple months later I watched "Skinamarink," and many reviews of that film referenced "We're All Going to the World's Fair," and then I finally started to understand what this movie was and appreciated it more.…
