L'Argent 1983
I think I love every single thing about this. Every inch of space, millisecond of runtime & moment of movement. Every word from every mouth, every gesture, every frame and every frame it follows.
There is a point in this film when an alarm goes off as we see lights flicker under the crevice of a prison door, signalling movement from the other side, and I thought to myself that is probably the best alarm sound I have ever heard.
A film so good it made me think of how easy it is to make a bad film.
Rewatch imminent.
