  Every movie I watch for Spanish film I strongly dislike. Despite its purposefully drawn-out scenes, still felt hard to follow. I was also incredibly uncomfortable in every shot, which I know is the point. Doesn’t make it a very enjoyable watch though.

  hated every single man in this movie and hated that the entire movie was centered around a rape but not in a considerate way and (shockingly) did not pass the bechdel test … I actually think there was not a singular scene in which two women had a conversation amongst themselves which is crazy considering the most important plot device of the film is the violent rape and murder of Liliana holy shit why is this rated so high
