the gotham city architecture and the murals look like salvador dali paintings
the costumes make this seem like a place out of time (men in three-piece suits and hats dressed like they're in the 50s vs street level criminals dressed like they're in the 80s)
billy dee williams has incredible line deliveries ("we have enough problems in this city without worrying about ghosts and goblins!")
