The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie

A very cute, well-animated film about Porky Pig and Daffy Duck stopping an alien invasion. It's very creative, has a great amount of voice acting (I really loved the antagonist being voiced by Peter MacNicol) and some parts definitely made me laugh out loud. I'll admit I was hooked on the first watch of the trailer due to the music, the cinematography, and the story hook of watching a movie completely (for the most part) in the first person perspective. The tone reminded me of a Terence Malick film, but Nickel Boys has some fantastic performances and surreal moments that make me think of the dreams portrayed in Wim Wenders' Perfect Days, a movie I had watched a couple of weeks ago. Nickel Boys…
