  we all held our breaths during that infamous getaway scene, it was absolutely gorgeous.

  tbf this is honestly a 1 star script (devalued even further by a stupid and cheap twist + overly forced romance between ruffalo and laurent) but the film sold itself to the aesthetic it cultivated so convincingly that i ended up having fun nevertheless
