It’s everything people are saying it is.

The full spectrum of human emotion is felt during this film. What a story, what a ride.

Growing up in the UK during the 90s, I was naturally familiar with Robbie Williams’ story.
I actually believe this film stands on its own, whether you know who he is or not.
The initially curious decision to feature Robbie as a CGI monkey is soon forgotten as you lose yourself in the character. By the…

    Nosferatu

    ★★★★★

I didn’t think Nosferatu would become my new comfort movie, but here we are.

Much like Orlock’s insatiable appetite for Ellen, I can’t get enough of this film.
It just hits the spot, across all dimensions.

    Top Gun: Maverick

    ★★★★★

    This really exceeded my expectations.
Top Gun: Maverick looks back affectionately at the original 1986 film. For a moment in the opening credits, I actually questioned wether I’d bought a ticket for a showing of the original.
Opening with the Top Gun Anthem, and followed by Kenny Loggins’ “Danger Zone”, it gives you an instant hit of nostalgia.
You can immediately tell that this legacy sequel is not simply a cash grab, but a charming love letter to Top Gun…
