hm. did not move me like some of antonioni’s others. but will remain in mind. libidinal shack scene reminded me a bit of fassbinder’s chinese roulette, and left similar sick feeling.
emitted audible gasp after that shot of monica vitti’s curl, perfect incarnation of the mounting nausea. will probably have to rewatch in 6 months.
