Uptown Girls 2003
Possibly a new-found favourite movie of the early 2000’s. This film explores grief, childhood, identity, and love. It is heartwarming in a way that only an early 2000’s movie could be. Watched it for the clips/memes I’ve seen on the internet, but was delightfully surprised at how good it was. Brittany Murphy and Dakota Fanning are magic in these roles.
